Kelly Kreitzer Neiderer is a lifelong Cumberland County resident that started working at the age of 13 at the Silver Spring Speedway. She worked successfully in banking for 30 years prior to choosing to serve the public in elected office. As a fiscal conservative, Kelly has a thorough understanding of banking, finance, credit, accounting, and investments, which has allowed her to easily understand the finances of the county. Additionally,  Kelly has been very active in the community holding various positions on local non-profit and civic boards, including: the Tri- County Community Action Board, LEAF Project,  Arc of  Cumberland and Perry Counties, Cumberland County Affordable Housing Trust Fund Review Board, United Way of Carlisle,  Middlesex Township Zoning  Hearing Board, West Shore Chamber of Commerce and YMCA of Carlisle.
